The Phi Phi Islands are a group of exotic islands located in the South of Thailand, in the Adaman Sea. The popular tourist island of Koh Phi Phi Don has three incredible viewpoints.
Pros
Cons
Phi Phi Viewpoint
Phi Phi Islands Viewpoint is a popular tourist attraction on the main tourist island of Phi Phi Don. There is a walkway and large stair case running a short walk from the main pier. This walk is popular to do for the evening sunset, which sets behind the island, and is a stunning view.

How to get there?
The easiest way to get to Phuket is by hiring a car, taxi, Grab, or indrive transfer to the top of the hill. It is steep and trying to take a moped up to the top is not possible, also it is a bit of a trek. There is a hiking option which takes approximately 45minutes, but can be tough in the heat, especially if you decide to descend.
Cost?
There is a cost to go from viewpoint 1 to viewpoint 2, which is approximately $2.00 USD. From viewpoint 2-3 there wasn’t a cost.
Dress Code?
There isn’t a dress code for the viewpoint, but I’d recommend walking in trainers, as there are ‘alot’ of steps! I’d bring a small towel if you have one, and plenty of water.
Viewpoint 1

The first viewpoint took about 15 minutes to reach, and is the first checkpoint where there is a shop to buy water, and also to pay entry to Viewpoint 2. This was a pretty cool view, but it is worth the walk to Viewpoint 2, which is even better!
Viewpoint 2

Viewpoint 2, took another 20-30 minutes to reach, and there were alot of steps, so I’d make sure you have water with you and take a rest if needed, as it can get very hot. There is a large platform, a cafe, bar, and toilets at Viewpoint. This spot is very busy with turists, especially at sunset, but one of the best spots for the stunning panoramic view.

Viewpoint 3

Viewpoint 3 isn’t well sign posted, and the walk is up a jungle path, which isn’t well set out. It’s another 15-20 minutes walk to Viewpoint 3. There is an entry fee of $2.00 USD to the cafe and platform with the view shown above. The view is stunning, and you can even see the surrounding islands of Mosquito island, and Bamboo island in the far distance. I think for the sunset, Viewpoint 2 is as good, if not better as you’re looking straight down the strip. Howver, if you’re doing the walk and have the time, it’s not much further to Viewpoint 3, which I get the impression is relatively new.
