About Luke
Luke is a passionate snorkeler who started Snorkelverse by combining his passions for marine life, travel, graphic design, and conservation. He wants to provide honest snorkel reviews of popular locations to help others.
Luke decided to leave his job following the pandemic to take a break and refresh and get back in touch with nature. He travelled to the Middle East and went to Muscat, Oman and had an incredible experience swimming with Whale Sharks and Green Turtles. He found that it was hard to get good, honest snorkel information with photos and videos whilst he was traveling.
Why We Love What We Do
We are keen snorkelers who have a passion for marine life and the freedom of exploring coral reefs. We want to share our snorkeling experiences, real-life, honest snorkel reviews, to help snorkelers worldwide. We have a medium-long-term goal to contribute to the conservation of the world’s oceans and marine life, which we plan to integrate as the website grows.
How We Are Different
At Snorkelverse, we capture snorkel reviews first-hand. We use an underwater camera, and GoPro camera to capture our snorkel experience and to create an immersive review for viewers.
We spend time noting down reviews after our snorkels to ensure we provide a detailed write-up of our experience. Our write-ups include our rating, highlights, pros, cons, top tip, safety tip, and more.
What To Watch Out For
Luke recently returned from 2-3 months of travelling and snorkeling at popular locations in Thailand and Bali / Indonesia. Watch out for new snorkel reviews and content which we’re working hard to get onto the website.
